- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices missing any of the above may not be processed until completed.
2. Where to Send Your Notice
Please send DMCA notices to our designated contact:

Website: prettychapter.com
We aim to review every complete notice within a reasonable time and remove or disable access to material we believe to be infringing.
3. Counter Notification
If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter notifications to the same email address above with the subject line "DMCA Counter Notification".
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, where appropriate, the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
5. Misuse Warning
Please note that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false claim of infringement may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Do not file a complaint unless you genuinely believe your copyright has been infringed.
